Facilities Manager
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
o Develop, implement, and coordinate policies and programs to manage plant engineering functions, departmental budgeting and reporting, and installing or modifying facilities, grounds, and equipment. o Supervise all equipment, facilities, and maintenance activities. o Manage the facilities and work order system. o Support safety programs to ensure safety is promoted throughout the facility. o Create and maintain written reports on project status, tests, costs, issues, and performance to established targets and timelines on a regular basis. o Collaborate with appropriate functional managers and cross-functional teams to ensure needs are understood and incorporated into the project and program process. o Understand customer critical success factors and develop corrective actions to meet customer needs. o Lead productivity and process improvements for focus area operation. o Establish effective product introduction timetables, capabilities, and capacities that meet company sales plans. o Manage metrics and drive root cause analysis to achieve objectives.

Experience:
5 or more years of experience required, o Project Management and Quality Systems experience preferred o Related
Experience:
Management experience in a manufacturing environment, proven leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills preferred o Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification preferred.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
