Job Description
Dean Foods - Thief River Falls, MN is accepting resumes for a Vacation Relief/Rebate Coordinator
Prepare route paperwork for daily settlement.
Accurately settle assigned routes daily.
Keep managers and leads informed of issues and concerns
Follow up on outstanding delivery invoices with managers/supervisors to bring resolution
Compare cooler documentation to driver documentation for accuracy for route settlement procedures
Prepare adjustments to correct billing errors, with appropriate back up and approvals
Monitor product returns/dumps, key into accounting system
Prepare proof of deliveries for Iron Mountain record retention
Able to work flexible hours to meet closing schedules
Able to perform multiple tasks
Cross train with other office positions in order to provide vacation relief, such as customer service, route settlement, local accounting, and administration teams.
Other duties and special projects as determined by Manager
Job Requirements
Must be able to multi task while adhering to deadlines, adapt to changing situations, and demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and other internal departments
HIgh proficienty in Microsoft Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and email software
Strong organizational skills, ability to successfully manage a high volume workload and a strong attention to detail and accuracy
10-key by touch
High School or GED equivalent a MUST
Experience working with distribution, warehouse, transportation or shipping field is preferred
Ability to work and communicate effectively with others across levels and functions in a matrixed organization.
Must be able to pass all medical exams, drug and background checks (including criminal)
Experience with food and beverage industry preferreed.
Ability to demonstrate a high degree os initiative.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays and /or weekends as needed.
